I’m excited to announce that I’m forming new Semi-Private Personal Fitness Training groups! Discover your inner strength, get in shape, learn powerful life skills, build resiliency, and be a part of an supportive community! With semi-private training, you receive a personalized fitness program while working in a small group for enhanced learning, team accountability, support and inspiration, and shared celebrations! Groups are limited to four (4) individuals so you can receive the personal attention you need and want while enjoying the benefits of working in a group.
IS A SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP RIGHT FOR YOU?
First, this group is designed for individuals who share a similar goal that sounds something like this: “I want to look and feel better, tone up, increase my resiliency, decrease body-fat percentage, improve strength and just be a healthier, more vibrant human being.”
You’ll need to be committed to learning and challenging yourself. It’s important that you enjoy working in a small group, with the intention of contributing and receiving from the group. I’ve trained in this format before, and I have to say, it’s an incredible experience, especially as you get acquainted with others in the group and start finding the “group groove.”
WHAT DAYS AND TIMES ARE AVAILABLE?
We are currently forming three different semi-private groups. Here are the days and times currently available:
GROUP #1: Meets 3 times per week. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 12:00 – 1:00 PM
GROUP #2: Meets 2 times per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays. 5:30 – 6:30 PM
GROUP #3: Meets 2 times per week. Wednesdays and Fridays. 6:30 – 7:30 PM

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT DURING THE SESSIONS?
During the sessions, you don’t just work out. You receive an education. An education on how to be a stronger person inside and out… how to be more resilient and confident in the face of everyday life… and how to access new possibilities in your life – and make them happen! Our goal is to work together to create a transformational life experience.
You don’t just come to sweat and throw weights around (although there will be plenty of that). You come and learn how to move better so you can feel better now and for years to come. We’ll address your mobility and your stability (both inside and out). You learn how to shape your mind and emotions into a strong, confident, and bold person, so that life’s obstacles are handled in a calm and composed way. Pressures at work, family situations, financial challenges – all become much easier as you learn how to move through your workout – and your life – with greater strength and resiliency. (If you haven’t realized it yet, this is about you as a whole person living a whole life.)
Here’s an idea of how the sessions will run:
- Checking In – a time to celebrate your wins, get coached around any challenges you may be facing, and learn some new things to help you be incredibly successful! We look at the measures of progress that you have identified are important to you.
- Warm-Up and Mobility Work – this is about getting your body balanced, stretched, and ready for the main workout. These are the types of moves that free up your body and begin to return it to a more youthful, functional status! Feels so good!
- Main Workout – it is here that we challenge ourselves with a structured program full of challenge and victorious moments. During this workout, you’ll be coached on how what you are doing in your workout is actually training for real life. You’ll see the direct connection, resulting in approaching the “workout of life” with greater ease and success!
- Cool Down and Debrief – time to let your body return to its normal biorhythms, and to share what you learned and will carry forward from the session. It’s the ending of your workout, but the launch pad for re-engagement into your everyday life.
Being a part of a semi-private group is the beginning of making new friends (or strengthening current ones if you have a friend in the group). You’ll be on a journey with others who have a similar goal, and you can encourage while being encouraged.
YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING, HOW MUCH DOES ALL OF THIS COST?
What is my investment? I’m glad you asked, because it really is an investment – with a HUGE payoff! Unlike most “programs” that you follow, do great on, then revert to your old ways (with the old results), what you learn at Advanced Fitness Coaching are skills, a mindset, and way of life that will set you and your life on a new course. You’ll literally be etching into your body, your mind, your emotions, a new way of being in the world that will transform you and your life. The result will be the health you want and a life you love. And that is priceless! However, we must put a price on it, right? Your investment is only $250 – $370 per month depending on the number of people in the group, how often you come (2X or 3X a week), and the length of commitment you choose – 6-months or 12-months.

After that, you will then begin the intake process where I’ll guide you through a movement evaluation and a few simple assessments. This will give me the information I need to develop your personalized fitness program. We’ll also get you set up with the tools that will support you in achieving amazing results.
